The hotel was clean based in an elegant style building with excellent staff. The staff were happy to help and surprised us with good service. The property's location was beautiful, so close to the garden, the restaurant and the imposing avenue.

Nice modern and extremely pleasant rooms with a bath, satisfactory breakfast.

Possibly the best and very delightful stay for a wedding nearby. Lovely bed in the junior suite, plus a TV set, great WiFi, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Stunning setting, just off the bar/restaurant, the garden before leaving for London and cocktail bar. Also, in refurbishment apparently.

Had a warm stay for a wedding nearby, everything was exceptional. The restaurant here was perfect with tasty and memorable food, we both ordered wonderful dishes.

Marvellous and amazing location in a car park about 75 yards away, met requests. Further, it was very close to the restaurant in the evening, the conservatory where there is a swell-stocked cocktail bar and Southwold. My room was luxurious and bright, no complaints whatsoever. A TV set, excellent WiFi, and a Nespresso machine available were an advantage.

Real good experience there. The hotel was not only overall clean but first-rate in every way. Brand-new and extremely pleasant room with luxurious bathroom. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, nice quiet area.

The hotel was placed in the remote location in areas close by. During trip everything was excellent and we definitely want to stay in that area again.

All in all everything was exceptional, had a great stay for one night as part of a business trip. Every staff member I met were happy to help. My junior suite was fairly quiet with a bath. The breakfast offered was warm for ketchup.

The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed, it had a shower and a jacuzzi. The location was nice and perfect in another area. Plus, it was close enough to the restaurant, stunning landscaped gardens, and the establishment.

The hotel was good small and nice looking, good value, perfect fit for our needs. The units were nicely furnished and the staff were excellent people at check-out. The breakfast was warm, plenty of fantastic food. Greatly enjoyed our stay in this venue.

Intimate and clean place with amazing friendly and excellent staff at check-out. The breakfasts for ketchup. Amazing location due to the refurbishment, contemporary style building. Based next to the lovely new restaurant, fantastic staff and atmosphere, the imposing avenue of trees, and the garden before leaving for London.

The breakfast was good hot, the staff was knowledgeable, the grounds were impeccably clean. The deluxe king room was brand-new, very well taken care of. A grill restaurant was very nice.
